I ran the USAF Marathon last weekend (Sept. 19th), what a fun marathon! The weather was clear and the start was spectactular. I turned in a 4:06 which, while not meeting my goal did garner me a personal best, so all in all a good day. Fortunately I have another chance to meet my goal of under 4 hours as I run the Grand Rapids Marathon on October 19th. Drop me a line if you are running that one, maybe I'll see you there!

I spoke at the Edge Ministries last Sunday on prayer and it was encouraging to see how that church is growing, not only in attendance but in willingness to serve and reaching out to the community! How exciting! Email me here if you would like me to come and speak at your church.

I will be running in the USAF marathon this Weekend (Sep. 19th), so if you are running it as well, drop me a line. My goal is to break 4hrs on this one, so wish me luck!
